Presented by Dan Stamp

6.30-7.45pm, Monday 27th February

Held at Unitec, Building 23, 1 Carrington Road, Mount Albert

Description

This workshop will examine some of the theory and application of emotional intelligence in sport, and how you can use this in your own coaching to better yourself and your athletes. It is well known that athletes who have high levels of competency in the area of emotional intelligence excel in their sports. Coaches who understand the importance of this, and who are emotionally intelligent themselves, can inspire, influence and lead athletes to achieve greater success.

There is no cost to attend the evening and light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
