In Round 2, the Harbour Sport Active Teens Programme, was delivered to 13 Teenagers. Our Tuesday night sessions, held at the Warkworth Fitness Centre, combined game based physical activities, box fit and spin class exercise sessions with informative nutrition workshops.
During Round 2 we observed:
- 100% of our participantsincreased aerobic fitness and strength.
- 80% of our participants showed increased muscle mass.
- 70% of our participants showed decreased body fat.
