Salary Range: $75K-85K. (Experience dependant)

Are you a fresh thinking leader? We are looking for an experienced leader who is fresh thinking and dynamic to shape our future and roll out our 5-year plan! Could this be your time to take on the ultimate role at Rainbow Ski Area which will be both rewarding and challenging.
This highly varied role suits someone who has previous management experience and a solid business background. Preferably you will have knowledge of either the ski and/or sporting industry. You will be a natural leader and communicator, charismatic in nature, but know how to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You thrive on leading a team to success.
Your primary focus will be on executive management of the organisation, business development, marketing & promotion, finance and HR, however you will also get your hands dirty with some operational and admin tasks.
