Terry has been a member of Beach Haven Bowling Club for a short while – but during his time so far, he has gone above and beyond and left his mark already!
Terry has spurred the club into action, despite limited financial resources, to upgrade the club rooms in order going forward, to be able to rent the facilities out to become not just a bowling club, but a community facility all of Beach Haven can enjoy and be proud of.
He has given his own time at no cost to the club and negotiated discounted rates for services and products which has saved the club a considerable amount. Without grants, we’ve managed to significantly upgrade the facilities – which has encouraged the support of new members.
Also, Terry is always first to put his hand up if they were short of players, and will never think twice about helping out other club members and friends Behind the scenes, Terry is a huge bundle of positive energy who has completely raised the bar at their little club.
