Our sessions are designed with you in mind.  They are informative, educational and focused on inspiring you to make change, even if it is just the smallest of things.

Join a Group Consult or visit an HLA (Healthy Lifestyle Advisor) at a Drop In

Attend our monthly Nutrition Chats – there are three exciting topics delivered once a month over three months. Gold coin donation to assist with resource and food which is provided

  • The nuts and bolts of nutrition
  • Diets – is there a best one – I’m so confused, please explain the different diets to me
  • Eating healthy on a budget – can it be done?

Bring your family / friends to our Living Your Best Life workshop

Participate in our Have a Go sessions

Have a Go Session

Come and join us for some low impact exercise (or pick your option).  The movements in these classes can be done by anyone and focus on improving flexibility, mobility, strength and balance to help you move better and keep your joints safe.

Nutrition Chats

Three interactive nutrition chats with other like-minded people all on a health journey.  Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share; come with your most perplexing and creative questions.

  • Topic 1: Nuts & Bolts of Nutrition – Find out what nutritionist are going on about and what it all means for you.
  • Topic 2: Learn about 5 popular diets – debunk some food myths and look at what creates good health
  • Topic 3: Eating Healthy on a budget – Learn tips to save money, prepare a meal and eat it

Wellbeing Consults

Want to improve your general health and well-being? By working together, we can develop a plan to accomplish your goals. Book in for a group consult today and meet others, or even bring your whanau and friends to start this journey with you.

Drop In

If you are unable to make the Wellbeing Consult, or you want to check in with your Healthy Lifestyle Advisor one-to-one, feel free to drop in and catch up with them during our drop-in times.

Living your Best Life

Living your Best life includes a series of conversations from our nutritionist and Healthy Lifestyle Advisors.  It is a great opportunity to have some fun and learn some new strategies to live a happy healthy life.  Bring your family and friends along and listen to these topics:

Active Families
