Clubs / Community Groups
Harbour Sport works closely with coach developers from National and Regional Sport Organisations to provide upskilling for coaches who lead sport and recreation within clubs/community groups.
Some in-club support takes place throughout the region, so community coaches can participate at their own club. Harbour Sport can collaborate with your club to ensure the programme is tailored to meet your needs.
Schools – Student Coach Emerge

What a great way to get motivated coaches together and create a positive and interactive learning experience. Very informative with a good amount of thought-provoking questions. Networking with like-minded coaches from a wide variety of sports reminds you that we all face similar challenges and rewards.
Harbour Sport has been instrumental in supporting the development of our junior members. Shaun worked with me to set up a bespoke Coach Emerge programme tailored for our junior coaches, as well as providing ongoing support and advice. We have gone from having two trained coaches to now having sixteen confident and competent coaches!
