We are seeking a Centre Relationship Manager to join the Community Team. This role is based in Auckland focused on servicing Centres within the Auckland Region.
Netball Northern Zone is one of five Regional Sporting Organisations for netball in New Zealand. Our Zone reaches from Waiuku to the Far North and we work with over 33% of New Zealand’s netball playing population. This role focuses on Centres within the Auckland regional boundary however our team work collaboratively across the whole Zone.
The position requires strong people engagement and stakeholder management skills, with interpersonal skills that generate mutual respect and trust. The role requires the ability and confidence to work closely with volunteers and be part of a dedicated, hardworking team. You can communicate strategies, inspire and ensure ‘buy in’ from the communities you work with. You will be highly organised, confident and calm, with a can-do attitude.
The role is full-time with a significant amount of evening and weekend work, but offers a high degree of flexibility around working times and practices.
