Are you passionate about working with older adults and keen to make a difference to their health and wellbeing through physical activity? If yes, we have got the role for you.

The Community Strength and Balance Trainer works with local West Auckland exercise providers to grow and maintain a safe and effective network of strength and balance classes for older adults at risk of falling. A key aspect of this role is to support current providers as well as initiate and establish new classes as required.

The ideal person will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry, preferably working with older adults. They will need excellent relationship management skills coupled with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of people and organisations.
