The Data, Insights and Evaluation Lead provides the Healthy Families Waitakere team with an evaluative and reflective lens, building a picture of the team’s collective insights, learnings and successes. The ideal person will be able to provide the tools and guidance for measuring impact and progress to the team, and lead the collection of evaluation data (both qualitative and quantitative).
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic data and evaluation specialist with a passion for being a part of a team who want to make positive systems change to support a healthier community. If you are an innovative thinker who can support the team to test the desirability, feasibility and viability of system-level initiatives they are prototyping this is the role for you. We want you to be capable of mentoring and building the evaluation and reflective capability and capacity of the team and the communities we work with.
