Harbour Sport is seeking a motivated, energetic and organised individual to join the Active for Life team. Responsible for collecting South Asian referrals and the delivery of the Green Prescription programme, you will have a background in health, exercise prescription, sport and recreation or similar.
Experience in working with or connection to South Asian communities in the Waitemata District Health Board area is an advantage as some of the roles will work specifically with these communities. Communication and presentation skills to promote Green Prescription services to GPs and other health and community organisations is a must.
