The Pacific Systems Innovator will have amazing skills in working with diverse groups in particular Pasifika and driving co-design and collaboration activities to enable change at a local level. Drawing on skills of a natural relationship builder, we want people who demonstrate empathy and has a strong understanding of what mobilises others into action.
The Pacific Systems Innovator will be able to identify and secure opportunities for change, accelerate new ideas and brokers relationships with expected and unexpected partners. You will be adept at identifying opportunities for scale to achieve significant impact for our Pacific community.
The Pacific Systems Innovator has oversight for ensuring that the local prevention system incorporates Pacific indigenous knowledge and frameworks at both strategic and practice levels to reduce the risk factors for major health loss and increasing equity. This position engages key stakeholders and partner organisations (Pacific and non-Pacific) to create and leverage opportunities for positive systems change in settings where Pacific live, learn, work and play.
This role is not your normal 9 – 5 job and sometimes you will be operating in a chaotic environment with the goal posts constantly shifting, if this excites you please apply.
