Sport Tasman has a position within its’ facilities team based at Saxton Stadium, Stoke.
This is a part time 30hrs per week “hands-on” position primarily working Monday – Friday 8:45am – 3:15pm
You will commit to providing first class customer service being the first point of contact and face at Saxton Stadium. Your duties will include the processing and maintenance of the Saxton Stadium booking system, including invoicing and financial management within Saxton. In addition you will provide administration support to the team at Saxton Stadium and assist as needed with venue and programme delivery tasks.
Your CV and references will show a commitment to working within the community. You will have a minimum intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office. A first aid certificate is desirable but not essential. All successful applicants must satisfy the requirements of a Police check.
