GREEN PRESCRIPTION AND EXERCISE PROVIDERS
The Active for Life – Green Prescription Programme is a free service that aims to get the community healthy, by providing them with the help to get into gyms, classes, and other exercise providers, while providing support along the way.
- Face to Face healthy lifestyle consultations are provided at Auckland Council Leisure Centres and across the wider community
- Discounted rates at a range of Auckland Council Leisure Centre’s as well as community gyms and exercise providers
- Goal setting, wellbeing and nutrition advice
- FREE Nutrition support, including one-on-one consults
- Monthly follow-ups to support and motivate people to be independently active, eat healthily and live a healthier lifestyle

- We aid the inactive Waitematā community in transforming their lifestyles and becoming healthier. Your exercise business could be a part of this journey for many people!
- We service over 4,500 clients per year, which means new members and attendees at your gyms/classes/other exercise sessions.
- We provide a list of exercise providers with Green Prescription prices and offers into our consult booklets which are available on our website and given to every client. You can find these here.
