Aktive, Sport Waitakere, Sport Auckland, Harbour Sport and CLM Community Sport have been working closely to ensure we’re taking on board learnings from 2020 and that in 2021, we are delivering our sector support programme in a way that keeps our ‘customer’ and communities front of mind.
We want to ensure our communications are joined up, clear and timely and that regardless of where in the region you’re based that you’re receiving a high level of quality support and engagement.
Sector Update Forums
The purpose of these forums is to share key updates for the Auckland region, including updates from Sport NZ (Raelene Castle), the Gaming Machine Association of NZ (Mike Knell), and Auckland Council (Dave Stewart) and to share information and resources relative to areas of identified need, for example finance and HR.
These Forums will be rolled out weekly at this stage and they are extended to the entire sector in Auckland (that includes regional and local play, active recreation and sport organisations).
