Bridget Shaw is making the North Shore more awesome by volunteering their time at Kumeu Cricket Club helping the club develop girls cricket 
. Bridget has been an integral part of U11 and U13 girls teams, helping with their training and supporting them every game. We want to recognise and celebrate Bridget as we know that volunteers are the backbone of community sport.
Bridget said, “I am very passionate about growing the female game at Kumeu Cricket Club. This starts with the kids, and being able to pass on my love for the game. Cricket has given me so much over the years and its now time to give back. The growth in our area is huge, so we aim to grow our numbers season to season.”
